Lyrical Riffs You are never afraid of the dark, or the dirt,
You came into this world to make contact with the dubious.
You touched those no one would touch,
and you came close to those everyone avoided.
You listened to those everyone else shunned,
and you smiled at those who only knew scowls.
Nothing put you off or kept you away,
because however bad or difficult or dirty,
you were the one who makes things clean.
And you still are.
You can cleanse and renew us, whatever the mess,
whatever the mistake you come with your light and love,
help us please to come to you with our untidy lives,
and ask for your cleansing and forgiveness.
