Lyrical Riffs Jesus we give you today,
tomorrow feels like too much to cope with right now,
so we give you today with its challenges.
We could pray for a whole lifetime of wonders and peace,
but today is the best place to start.
So we open our hands and offer our hopes and worries and intentions to you,
knowing that you have the strength and vision to lead us on.
Please carry our burdens when our shoulders sag,
and lighten our eyes when they become heavy with despair,
Thank you lord.
