Pursue trust and humility as you might queue for new clothes.
Be patient with yourself and with others if you can.

Life will be difficult at times, easier on some days,
And mundane so often.
No one is always right, and it’s better to be kind anyway.

Take time to breathe and notice the beauty in the small things.

Like a pearl.
You are loveable, even when you don’t feel it.

Try and ask for help when you can.
And offer what help you have to others.

And stay open to learning new things.
And remember – life will ambush you at times.

Let integrity come your way.
Know your limits and ask for help to go one step beyond them.
Look after your heart and fill it with some good things.
It’s the driving force of your life after all.
And remember – smiling is a superpower.
It can change the world.
