Times to cry out, and times to reach out,
A time to hope, and a time to lament,
A time to run, to walk, to kneel, and to stand.
A time to step up, and a time to step back,
A time to pray, a time to do, and a time for both.
A time for ourselves, and a time for others.
A time to breathe and regroup,
And a time to throw ourselves at life.
A time to offer strength,
And a time to talk of weakness
A time to lift our eyes and offer
Our focus, energy, resources and talents,
To the one who knows all our times.
