knowing the moments ahead.
He leads me though the minutes,
the days, the weeks, the months,
calling me to take times to breathe
and rest, especially when it all
becomes too much.
Though there are many times when
the way is difficult and the road rocky,
He is always there, seeing more than I see,
knowing more than I know.
Calling me trust in spite of my fear and stress.
He prepares places of refreshment
and nourishment, often at unexpected times,
and he is reliable and unchanging,
constant and always with us.
He is Love; he is the Lord.
