Lyrical Riffs Prophets have walked this way,
heroes and villains too,
the weak have come limping,
the strong with their heads held high.
Some have found it as they searched for hope,
some have found it as they ran from everything.
And so this road stretches before us,
some of it known, much of it a mystery,
and we choose to follow it
not because we are powerful,
but because we need to,
not because we have all the answers,
but because we follow the one
who has walked it with a cross on his shoulders,
and the hope of resurrection in his eyes.
