Let the leaves of our lives fall where they may,
and help us to leave you to gather them up,
and to distribute them as you would like.
Lord you know the various leaves and shades,
the bits and pieces of our lives,
and you know how they fall untidily at times,
and you know how you can best sprinkle them
through the lives of others, to be a blessing and a help,
help us to offer these things, in Jesus’ name, amen.
