We are all like toddlers,
Pootling along with our hand
In the hand of our maker.
No wonder we struggle to make sense
Of life, and to care for this planet,
And to understand who we are,
Where we’ve come from
And who our maker is.
Imagine a group of toddlers
Running a zoo full of weird and
Wonderful creatures,
There’d soon be havoc and chaos,
Cages left open, food rotting,
Poo piled like mountains.
We’re all toddlers, doing our best to run things,
Thank goodness we can ask for help.
If you've appreciated this, why not...
